Know what is due. Know what is next.

Make collections easier to act on.

The Fibo collections workspace is designed to turn outstanding invoices into a manageable follow-up list. See what is due, review the customer’s history, and choose the next action without repeating the same work in several places.

See

Start with outstanding amounts

The overview groups outstanding invoices by due time so the team can see which balances are current and which need attention. Opening a record should bring the invoice, payment status and follow-up context together.

Review

Adjust follow-ups for each customer

The concept supports customer-specific follow-up flows rather than one fixed sequence for everyone. Review the timing and channel at each step, and adapt the flow when a customer makes a payment promise or needs a different approach. The public demo sends no messages.

Looking ahead

Past patterns.
Future possibilities.

Estimates stay separate from confirmed receipts.
Plan

Use payment history carefully

The proposed customer-risk approach looks at recorded payment timing and repeated delays. A new customer with too little history should be marked as having limited information rather than automatically treated as high risk. These insights remain a product concept, not a validated prediction service.

Estimate

Estimate expected collections

The planned outlook combines outstanding balances, due dates and payment patterns to estimate what might arrive within a month. It should distinguish the amount being estimated from balances with insufficient history. An estimate is not guaranteed cash and should remain separate from confirmed receipts.

Before you get started

Your questions, answered.

Will Fibo contact customers from the demo?

No. Follow-up channels and flows are demonstrations only.

How is customer risk intended to work?

The concept uses a customer’s recorded payment timing and history. The production model and required history still need validation.

Does expected cash mean a payment is confirmed?

No. Expected collections are estimates; confirmed receipts should be shown separately.

See it with your workflow.
