Your Saudi setup, step by step.
A clearer path into your ZATCA workflow.
Fibo’s Saudi flow is designed around its direct ZATCA integration. The setup brings together business information, a code generated in the ZATCA portal, and a clear view of the documents that need review.
Book a demoGenerate the code in your portal
In the guided setup, the business opens the portal’s onboarding area for a new solution or device, requests one code, and enters that code in Fibo. The visual guide helps the person completing setup recognise each step.
Keep business information alongside setup
The portal code is part of connecting the solution. Business identity and invoice details are still needed for the documents themselves. Confirm the correct legal entity and tax registration information before using a live connection.
Review a recognisable invoice document
The workspace includes Saudi invoice previews with Arabic and English fields, SAR amounts, supplier and customer information, and line-level VAT. The current preview focuses on standard-rated domestic examples; it is not an authority-approved invoice.
Separate setup from live operation
The public demo does not send documents or generate an official QR code. In a live implementation, the electronic document, validation and relevant authority responses belong to the integration. A product demonstration should cover your own document types and operating process.
Before you get started
Your questions, answered.
Is Saudi onboarding through Marmin?
No. Fibo’s current Saudi flow is based on a direct ZATCA integration.
What does the public demo show?
It shows guided setup and sample document workflows without a live tax submission.
Can I see a Saudi invoice layout?
Yes. Select Saudi Arabia in the workspace setup and open the invoice creation flow to review the SAR and bilingual template.
See it with your workflow.
